We want you to love your REFY products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unopened and unused items. Please ensure products are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unused items in their original boxes and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via our portal.

  Drop Off Your Shipment

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and ensure you obtain a postage receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
